UST AND AST REMOVAL

AST INSTALLATION
Replacing UST's with new environmentally compliant and fire protective AST's is an effective solution to updating aging petroleum storage equipment for fleet, industrial, marina, and emergency services facilities. ELC provides AST installation services, whether replacing a single UST or for multiple fuels integrated into a single AST compartmented system.
HYDRAULIC LIFT AND OIL/WATER SEPARATOR REMOVAL
Most hydraulic lifts and oil/water separators (OWS) are exempt from many of the operational requirements for petroleum storage tanks, however, they still pose a risk of leaking hydrocarbons into the soil. For this reason a release determination must be performed when permanently removing this equipment from service.
