Mark Gilbreath
Vice President / General Manager
Mark Gilbreath is Vice President and General Manager. Mark founded Environmental Logistics Company in 2001 and continues to play an integral role in the growth of the company. Prior to his role at ELC, Mark worked as the remediation project manager at a Texas-based environmental consulting firm, gaining the experience needed to establish and build ELC. Mark is a United States Air Force veteran.

Amy Gilbreath

Amy Gilbreath is President of Environmental Logistics Company. Amy manages operations of the organization, is responsible for much of the estimating and proposals, and is a senior project manager. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Tarleton State University. Amy joined ELC as a partner in 2006 after serving as a senior project manager at a nationwide engineering firm.

Cedric Cascio
Vice President
Cedric Cascio, Vice President, has over 28 years of experience in contract management, project management, environmental regulations, hazardous waste investigations, and due diligence assessments. Cedric holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a Master's of Coastal Geomorphology degree from Louisiana State University. Cedric joined the company as a partner following the merger of his environmental drilling firm with ELC in 2016.
